Africa Diving Services (ADS), one of the leaders on diving and subsea support company in West Africa, has place the order to Fluidmecanica to a second Motorized Umbilical Pulleys (MUP). After several years of operation with the two first one supplied, ADS increase its operativity with this new one.

The MUP is used to deploy and recovery the umbilical for divers and ROVs. The rubber drum allows a high flexibility due its keeping of traction in different configuration and sizes of umbilical, rope or any other handling line.

MUP can be supplied in different sizes and power from 15” to 29”. Drive can be hydraulic or electric.
